极兔VPN 隐私政策
本政策说明极兔VPN（包括 iOS、Android、Windows 客户端，官网 jt637.com 及用户中心，下称“本服务”）收集哪些数据、怎样使用，以及你拥有的权利。
我们的承诺
- 我们不会出售、出租你的任何数据，也不会为任何目的使用或向第三方披露你的数据，法律强制要求的情形除外。
- 我们不记录你通过 VPN 访问的网站、内容或域名，不记录你的浏览历史。
- 我们不使用广告追踪，不与广告商或数据经纪商共享数据。
我们收集的数据
- 账号信息：邮箱地址、加密存储的密码。用于注册、登录和找回账号。
- 订阅与订单：套餐、到期时间、订单金额与状态。用于开通和管理你的服务。
- 流量用量：你使用的上传和下载流量总数（按天汇总），只有数字，不含访问内容。用于计算套餐用量。
- 设备与运行信息：匿名设备标识、系统类型和版本、App 版本、连接是否成功及错误代码。用于保持连接稳定、排查故障。
- 客服内容：你主动提交的工单和反馈。用于回复你的问题。
- 邀请关系：你填写或分享的邀请码，以及好友是否完成注册和首次连接。用于发放邀请奖励。
- 安全信息：为防止恶意请求，服务器会对访问来源 IP 做不可逆的哈希处理后用于频率限制，不保存原始 IP 与账号的对应关系。网站服务器另有标准访问日志（时间、IP、访问的页面），约两周后自动删除。
我们不收集的数据
位置、通讯录、照片、浏览历史、你访问的网站和 DNS 查询内容。
数据保存与删除
- 账号存续期间保存账号与订阅信息。
- 你可以随时在 App 内“我的 → 账号 → 注销账号”永久注销。注销后我们删除你的账号资料、设备信息、用量记录和邀请关系；依法需要保留的订单财务记录会保留在法定期限内，且不再与可识别你身份的信息关联。
数据存放与安全
数据存放在我们位于香港的服务器上，传输全程加密，访问受严格权限控制。
未成年人
本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

JiTu VPN Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data JiTu VPN (the iOS, Android and Windows apps, the website jt637.com and its user center, together "the Service") collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Our commitments
- We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use or disclose your data to third parties for any purpose, except where the law compels us to.
- We do not log the websites, content or domains you access through the VPN, and we keep no browsing history.
- We use no advertising trackers and share nothing with advertisers or data brokers.
Data we collect
- Account: email address and a securely hashed password, to sign you up, sign you in and recover your account.
- Subscription and orders: plan, expiry date, order amount and status, to provide and manage your service.
- Traffic totals: the amount of data uploaded and downloaded, summed per day. Numbers only, never content. Used to measure plan usage.
- Device and app diagnostics: an anonymous device identifier, OS type and version, app version, whether a connection succeeded and error codes, to keep connections reliable and fix problems.
- Support content: tickets and feedback you choose to send, to answer you.
- Referrals: invite codes you enter or share, and whether invited friends sign up and connect, to grant invite rewards.
- Security: to block abusive requests, the server applies a one-way hash to the requesting IP address for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored against your account. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (time, IP address, page requested), which are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
Data we do not collect
Location, contacts, photos, browsing history, the sites you visit or your DNS queries.
Retention and deletion
- Account and subscription data are kept while your account exists.
- You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Me → Account → Delete Account. We then delete your account details, device records, usage records and referral links. Financial order records that we must keep by law are retained for the legally required period and are no longer linked to information that identifies you.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers in Hong Kong, encrypted in transit and protected by strict access controls.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights and contact
You may access, correct or delete your data. For any question, use "Contact Support" in the app or on our website, or open a ticket at https://jt637.com/user/#/tickets.
Changes
We will announce material changes in the app and on our website. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated policy.
